VOIP One Number is an enabling service for interoperation of PSTN and IP based networks.  It enables operators to assign one E.164 number for a subscriber even if the subscriber roams between PSTN and IP networks.  Subscribers are also provided with the capability to configure desired phone call routing across their different devices.  This service greatly improves user friendliness, which is a critical factor for users to adopt next generation services.
